What do you need to do next?

• Please create your TallyForm account and send us your login details (email and password) on our email - [email protected]
  • Why this? We need to login to be able to connect the forms to your account. We will just connect the form and let you know. After that please change your password.
• Using your credentials, we will then create the Book a room and Contact form in your TallyForm account
• Once done, we will send you an email. You can check it and make sure its all good.
• After this, please change your TallyForm password. Thanks. :)
